Established in July 2016 and headquartered in Wuhan, YMTC (Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd.) is a Tsinghua Unigroup subsidiary specializing in 3D NAND flash design and manufacturing. As China’s only mass-producer of 3D NAND flash, YMTC has built a full industrial chain covering chip design, wafer fabrication, and storage solutions through and international collaboration.
